Tripat graduated from King’s College London, completed dental foundation training and went on to carry out three years of dental core training. She gained experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics and restorative dental specialties. Tripat then went on to work as a specialty dentist in restorative dentistry and as a clinical tutor for the King’s College London students of dental therapy and hygiene. She has recently commenced specialty training in Restorative Dentistry. Through her experience so far, she has seen how mouth cancer can have a huge effect on oral wellbeing and the impact it can have on quality of life. As a clinical ambassador for the Mouth Cancer Foundation, she is passionate about oral health promotion and spreading awareness & education for health care professionals and patients alike.
