Lee Biddle is a Legal Director with Clyde & Co. He specialises in regulatory and professional disciplinary proceedings, inquests and data protection matters. He is instructed by medical defence organisations, professional representative bodies and on a private basis to represent healthcare professionals and businesses involved in investigations by their regulator, such as the GDC and other healthcare rh egulatory bodies. Lee has a special interest in dentistry and is routinely instructed in lengthy and complex multi-faceted investigations across the spectrum of local Trust, regulatory and inquest proceedings, including Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman investigations, statutory appeal mechanisms and judicial review.
