Helen Kaney is a dually qualified dentist and solicitor and is a Senior Dento-Legal Adviser with MDDUS. Helen worked in general dental practice and as a clinical assistant at Glasgow Dental Hospital and at Guy’s Hospital. She has significant experience in assisting dentists in the UK, Ireland and internationally. She spent 14 years at Dental Protection, latterly as Medico and Dentolegal Services Team Lead and Head of Dental Services, Scotland. An elected member of the Council of the College of General Dentistry, she is also a Fellow of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians.
