Dr Debbie Reed is a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Faculty of Medicine and Bioscience at Kings College London. As a Doctor of Education, her academic work is impactful, resulting in practical application and transformational opportunities across the dental and health sectors. In 2023 Debbie, in liaison with BADN, authored the Dental Nurse Retention Survey Report, with 2500 reads on ResearchGate so far. She is a GDC Dental Nurse registrant, and an honorary President of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Debbie is a elected Fellow of the College of Dentistry (CGDent), and Chairs the CGDent Dental Nursing and Orthodontic Therapy Faculty Board.
