Dates and opening hours

The British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show is taking place on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd May 2021 at the NEC, Birmingham (hall 5).

Doors are open Friday from 09.00 - 17.30 and Saturday from 09.00- 17.30.

Delegate registration will be open from 08.30 on both days for badge collection.

Road

There is easy access to the NEC from the M6, M1, M40 and the M42 motorways and the venue is well sign posted. On the NEC site, follow ‘The British Dental conference and Dentistry Show’ directional signs.

If you are using a satellite navigation system please enter the post code B40 1NT to pinpoint the NEC. You can park at the NEC for the show. For more information on parking, please visit the NEC website.

Train

The NEC is situated adjacent to Birmingham International Rail Station and is connected by a covered bridge link directly from the station.

WARNING: HOTEL BOOKING SCAM

It has come to our attention that there is a scam operating around hotel accommodation bookings for The British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show at the NEC in May.

A company calling itself CONVENTION EXPO TRAVEL has been approaching exhibiting companies at the show purporting to be the official hotel booking agency for the show and taking credit card details and bookings without making any such bookings with the hotels concerned.

We have discovered from fellow exhibition organisers that their exhibitors have also been approached in similar fashion.

We can only advise that should you be contacted by Convention Expo Travel, or any other agent other than Event Express, do NOT under any circumstances make a booking with them or give any credit card details.
