Who Should Attend?

Principals/partners/owners, dentists, dental house officers, oral/dental surgeons, orthodontists, periodontists, young dentists, business/practice managers, hygienists & therapists, treatment coordinators, nurses. Procurement and management teams from corporate dental organisations, the NHS supply chain, dental wholesalers, dealers and distributors.   

Please note: There is no admittance to the General Public. Please see below on admission policy for minors and students.

Registration Information

Q: Is there a limit on number of registration forms that can be sent? 

Q:What information do I need to give aside from usual contact details?
A: Your GDC number, if you are a registered professional   

Q: Can I register colleagues?
A: Yes, there is no limit to the number of people you can register.  

Q: Is there a charge to register or enter the show?
A: No, it’s free of charge for registered dental professionals only.

Q: How do I register? 
A:  If you are interested in attending the 2019 show, please click here to register your interest.

Q: Can I register at the venue on the day?
A: Yes you may. However, we recommend you pre-register to avoid unnecessary time queuing to enter the event.  

Q: What will you send me once I have registered?
A: You will receive an email confirmation, which also contains a link to allow you to amend your registration or select the sessions you wish to attend. Your badge will be sent out three weeks prior to the show as long as you have registered. If you register within three weeks of the show, please print your confirmation email and bring with you on the day.  

Q: Where can I get the conference programme information?
A: The show has many CPD conference streams on both days. The 2018 conference programme is available here

Q: How does the CPD work?
A: All British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show delegates are scanned in to theatre sessions so CPD learning can be recorded and added to delegate certificates. Certificates are then emailed to delegates after the show. Make sure you get scanned in to every theatre session you attend to ensure all your CPD is recorded.    

Q: Will the presentations be available to view after the show?
A: Presentation will not be available after the show. Make sure you attend the show and visit all the presentations you'd like to learn from.

Q: Can I book hotel accommodation through you?  
A: Yes, we will have special rates for hotels through our agency Event Express

Admissions Policy

Q: Can I bring my children?  
A: No, there is strictly no admittance to minors or anyone under-18, as we are not covered by insurance. Please make alternative childcare arrange, there are no creche facilities at the NEC. 

Q: Are students allowed access?  
A: Yes.

Q: Do attendees need to bring business identification?
A: We recommend you bring a business card if you don’t register prior to the event.
