Developing the Health focussed Practice - profit and passion for prevention, and how it acts as a springboard for other aspects of dentistry
Sheila Scott has been asking patients what really matters to them when visiting a dental practice, for over 20 years. She also asks patients how well their practice provides on the important aspects. In this presentation she shares some of the latest facts, figures and implications of her research, and give some hints and tips on how practices can better deliver and communicate about care to better impress patients. A must for the practice that is determined to be successful and profitable.
Biography

Sheila Scott has a Masters in Psychology, a Diploma in Marketing and Certificates in Counselling and Training. She bestows on her audience an abundance of knowledge and experience for getting the most from people and practice. She combines twenty years consultancy experience with an exuberant personality and an in-depth knowledge of the dental industry, and delivers a unique form of training and consultancy that leaves no stone unturned and no opportunity unexploited.
Sheila is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She’s been an Honorary Vice President of the British Dental Practice Managers’ Association, and regularly speaks at BDA and other events and conferences. She is accredited to teach Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats ®.
