Riz Akhtar

Riz Akhtar (FCCA, ACMA) is a partner of RA Accountants LLP (www.raaccountants.com), a young growing accountancy firm, built up on the personal recommendations of satisfied clients. RA Accountants specialises in the healthcare sector, taking time to understand both the personal circumstances and business aspirations of the owners.

Riz was elected to the ACCA council in 2007 and is currently vice Chairman of the Finance Committee as well as being a member of a number of other committees including the SME Committee.

Riz has extensive knowledge in tax planning and works with clients helping them develop strategies for growth and to raise finance. He is an expert at guiding business owners, from new start-ups to mature companies, advising on compliance, strategy and development.
