Lecture Synopsis

This lecture aims to highlight some of dento-legal pitfalls hygienists and therapists face when providing aesthetic treatment for their patients. It will focus in detail on the issues of obtaining consent for aesthetic treatments, managing patient expectations and dealing with complaints if they arise. Leo plans to illustrate the issues by focussing on the provision of bleaching and botox treatments.
