Jayne brings a wealth of experience in running a successful business having set up a practice in Shrewsbury that were finalists for Best Employer, Dentist of the Year, Most Innovative Practice and Best Patient Environment, where she was Business Development Director until August 2008. She helped to achieve four-fold growth in four years and grooming the business to secure overseas investment to roll out the unique business model across the UK. Jayne is skilled at developing exit strategies and has a thorough understanding of general and cosmetic dentistry combined with aesthetic medicine provision.

Working as a Business Coach with Breathe Business, the UK’s largest coaching consulting and training company to the dental profession, Jayne specialises in coaching dentists and their teams on all aspects of sales and marketing and building high performing teams. She is passionate about excellence in customer service and her career has been centred on the premise of patient-focused service. Jayne brings enthusiasm and drive to everything she does and her incisive mind means that no “stone gets left unturned” when she is analysing practice issues. Drawing on her years of experience as an award-winning Business Planning Consultant to the dental profession, Jayne has expertise in developing membership schemes, building brand value, and setting up systems and procedures for the team. She possesses a thorough insight into the dilemmas and challenges that face not just the dentist, but the practice manager and the team, and she always seeks to find a win-win solution for the dental team. Jayne continually comes up with creative and unique ideas to help clients achieve their perfect practice.
