She is business manager and director of Absolute Dental a multi award winning practice in Devon and Absolute Dental Training, a very successful dental training consultancy. Emma's passion is providing outstanding levels of customer care and has trained numerous dental teams through out the UK.
This session will be aimed at dental teams and practice managers to consider what level of customer care they currently deliver and what impact improving it could have on the success of the practice.
Emma will also look at how to manage the unexpected and minimize customer service mishaps that can cause patients to go elsewhere

Emma John has been working within UK dentistry for over 21 years and is a business manager and director of Absolute Dental a multi award winning practice in Devon and Absolute Dental Training. Emma's passion is providing outstanding levels of customer care and has trained numerous dental teams throughout the UK enabling them to provide this to their own patients.
Combining her training and consultancy with management of a successful private practice in Devon, Emma isn't just full of theory.
She goes to work in a dental practice every day, she "walks the walk" with her dentist husband and co-founder Rhod and with a championship support team.
