Bobby Keeling EDH Adv. Dip.Hyp/Psych GQHP NLP (prac)
(Practicing Dental Hygienist and Integrative Hypno & Psychotherapist)

Bobby is a Dental Hygienist with a passion for potential.  She qualified in 1991 with the Royal Air Force and has worked in many different environments including hospital, community, schools and general practice both NHS and private.

In 2007 Bobby’s drive to understand more about the psychology of change in health care led her to study Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and counselling.  Studying at the College of Contemporary Therapeutic Studies (CCTS) at Birbeck College in London and with whom she now assists in teaching these subjects.  Working with dental anxiety, using integrative therapy techniques, has been a focus of Bobby's work in her busy hygienist clinic. Further to this Bobby has become a practicing Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist working with issues outside the world of dentistry.   Bobby has also written for Vital magazine on the subject of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy for smoking cessation.  Her work and study have led her to look for greater understanding of communication within healthcare professions, with patients and within teams providing care.

Inspired by the experience of becoming involved in designing CPD and training for other members of the dental team, Bobby is also developing ‘Practice Sense’.   At ‘Practice Sense’ we want to work on expanding the growth of team coherence in health care professions, to enhance the experience for its professionals as well as its patients.   Bobby believes in realising potential and challenging the way we think and work.
