Farzeela is a General Dental Practitioner (GDP) by background with an interest in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, having qualified in 2006 from King’s College London. Farzeela’s interest in business, health policy and leadership led her to embark on an MSc in International Health Management in 2010. From here she was offered a healthcare consulting role at the leading firm KPMG where she worked with different NHS Trusts on improving operations, quality and making efficiency savings whilst being mindful of the clinical impact. Farzeela also spent a total of nine years working for the GDC within Fitness to Practice. In 2017, Farzeela joined DD Group (Dental Directory) as their Head of Clinical and became part of their Senior Leadership Team. She also went back to her Alma Mater King’s College London to teach and mentor BDS undergraduates in restorative dentistry and was still working part-time as a GDP. Farzeela took on her current UK role at Colosseum Dental in January 2022 and was promoted to her European role in September 2023. She currently juggles both UK and European commitments with being a mum of two very active, vibrant boys.
