We will be holding a hands-on workshop led by US world renowned Master Technician Adrian Jurim.

Smile analysis and design is considered by many dental clinicians to be a formidable challenge best left to the dental technician to conquer. This hands-on lecture is aimed to dismiss this myth and reinforce the participant’s clinical proficiency in smile makeovers. The lecture will cover topics such as smile design, smile analysis, ideal tooth preparation, temporization methods, and cementation. The hands-on session will involve application of the learned lecture principals with a clinical simulation on a typodont. The participants will prepare the maxillary anterior sextant and then learn to fabricate customized provisionals with a bisacryl resin using a putty matrix of the diagnostic wax-up. The techniques that will be presented eliminate any uncertainty and result in provisionals that look lively and feel natural.

Participants will learn:

-the ideal tooth preparation for porcelain laminate veneers

-to place, contour, and shape provisionals

-to work with laboratories to maximize efficiency and results

Even though many dentists are doing veneers, they will learn as much and even more from this course. This course is for all GPs that do veneers; to improve their skills on prep design and get trained on smile design. It’s not about grinding the teeth down, but where to move the zenith point of the gums to make a natural looking tooth. Where to bring the incisal edge position so the patient can talk right. Broaden the buccal corridors, to give the smile a broader and wider look,  this is smile design not just veneering teeth… prepping teeth so they won’t have breakage down the line, adjusting the bite etc, .. all this is important.

At only £250 +vat this is a rare opportunity to learn from an expert, largely acknowledged as the best in the world.
