The company, formed by dentists from the Leeds Dental Institute together with the Leeds Dental Institute and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, is dedicated to the management of Medical Emergencies in the Dental community. Kathryn Taylor and Julie Burke (Founders) have organised and delivered regional postgraduate training courses for over 10 years on the management of medical emergencies for the dental team. ResusPod's aim is to set the standard in the management of Medical Emergency in order to safeguard patient safety and to provide piece of mind for the dental team. Medical Emergency Training is tailored to meet individual and practice needs, provides verifiable CPD and is fully compliant with GDC and RC(UK) guidelines.
