The Dentistry Show has a reputation for its wide appeal  - not just to all members of the dental team, but also because it covers both the business and clinical aspects of dentistry – essential in the current economic climate.

Chris Barrow is chairing the Dental Business Conference which he says will be a “Britain’s Got Talent for Dentists!” focusing on innovations that will impact upon the business in key areas such as marketing, customer service, management systems and leadership. “When I arrived in dentistry 17 years ago, none of this mattered but it does now. Dentists are competing with each other, with big corporates, high street retailers and luxury websites.  People could be spending their money on school fees, holidays and HDTVs instead of dentistry so dentists need to be ready which means crystal ball gazing, not navel gazing. The Dentistry Show is all about the future, not the past.”
