Friday 2nd March
10.30 - 12.00 Dentsply - ChemFil & SDR		Louis Mackenzie is a general dental practitioner working in Selly Park, Birmingham and a clinical lecturer at the Birmingham School of Dentistry. Louis will be demonstrating two of DENTSPLY’s newest products from the restorative range; the unique zinc-reinforced glass ionomer, ChemFilTM Rock and the bulk fill, flowable composite SDRTM to show you how DENTSPLY’s products can make your working life easier and help you increase the satisfaction provided to your patients.

12.15 - 14.15 Biomet 3i and 3M ESPE		James Hooper a general dentist from Hove will be presenting on behalf of Biomet 3i & 3M™ ESPE™ in the Live Theatre at the Dentistry Show. James has been placing and restoring implants since 1994 and has been using the 3M™ Lava™ Chairside Oral Scanner for the last 18 months. During the live theatre session James will be demonstrating an exciting new implant work flow using the Biomet 3i BellaTek™ Encode® Impression System with the 3M™ Lava™ Chairside Oral Scanner. The successful transfer of accurate information, via traditional impressions, impression copings, lab analogues and gypsum models greatly affects the accuracy of the final implant restoration. Using the Biomet 3i BellaTek™ Encode® Impression system and the 3M™ ESPE™ digital impressioning system (the Lava™ Chairside Oral Scanner) the traditional 'pick-up' impression and gypsum model has been replaced with a highly accurate digital impression scan and a stereo lithographical model.

11.15 - 12.30 LIVE Hygienist Session by Mhari Coxon		With Dr. Matt Perkins in the Hygienist & Therapist Conference Mhari will be treating a real patient with some the most innovative periodontal techniques and instruments. A "real time" video link will allow delegates to see Mhari in action as well as Matt's 'Modern Concepts in Periodontal Instrumentation' presentation.

12.45 - 13.45 Kerr – SonicFill™		SonicFill™ – The new, fast and reliable Composite Filling System for posterior restorations. SonicFill™ will be demonstrated by David Winkler in the Live Theatre with a complete restoration performed in record time!

14.00 - 15.45 VEGA DENTAL – Intra-Lock System		If a dentist can place a post in an endodontically treated tooth, the dentist can easily learn the simple techniques of successfully placing mini dental implants. The minimally invasive, conservative nature of mini implants presents greatly reduces discomfort and trauma during and after the procedure, has immediate results with far less chair time and offers substantial reduction in treatment costs as compared to conventional implants. Dr. Shatkin, an accomplished mini dental implant pacesetter and educator, will be doing two live mini implant procedures demonstrating when given the choice of conventional implants versus mini implants, why patients always prefer the latter!
